Founder of Rock n Rope Adventures
Originally from Brazil, Roger the founder of Rock n Rope Adventures, has always been in search of the perfect spot for all his adventures.
He initially fell in love with rock climbing when training to conquer Mount Everest a few years ago.
His passion for the sport is so strong that he felt compelled to share new and exciting adventures with others. For the last seven years, Roger has taught and guided climbers through some of the most inspiring and picturesque sights in California.
In addition to his amazing skills, Roger is fluent in Portuguese, English, and Spanish.
During his ten-year stay in Los Angeles, Roger has also adventured out in mountaineering, snowboarding, surfing, kayaking, slacklining, mountain biking, and skydiving.
All in all, Roger has several adventures that he would love to share with you.

Our mission
Rock n Rope’s mission is to provide a fun and safe environment, in which patrons of all ages can exercise, socialize, and gain outdoor rock climbing skills. By focusing on these fundamental qualities, our friendly and knowledgeable staff will introduce you the outdoors as a welcoming place for both first-time and experienced climbers.
The place and Program
Malibu Creek State Park is a beautiful area that combines great climbing choices for all levels of climbers.
These climbs are between a 5.4 grade (very easy) and a 5.13 grade (extremely difficult).
To start with, we guarantee you’ll climb at least the easy grade in our program.
Once at the site, everyone will listen to a set of comprehensive and detailed instructions, which will mentally and physically prepare you to climb.
Furthermore, climbers will watch an instructional video before initiating their first climb.
